Prep your casseroles ahead of time the night before or a couple days in advance.

If you plan to eat your casseroles within a few days they should be fine in the fridge, past that you could just freeze them.

When I used to have a regular 9-5, I loved prepping casseroles ahead of time. That way when I got home, all I had to do was pop it in the oven. While it was cooking I would unwind or get stuff done.

Here are a few tips to prep your easy keto casserole dishes ahead of time

1. Carve out one to two days a week where you have a batch prepping session.

Sometimes I just want a break from cooking every day. Maybe you feel the same way?

Take one to two days to prep your keto meals for the week. When you batch prepare your dinners it makes life so much easier.

2. If you’re prepping more than one casserole, you don’t want to have all your baking dishes in use.

To free some up, use disposable baking pans.

3. Label your keto casserole meals.

Write the name of the casserole and the baking instructions.

If you are using disposable pans, just write this on the cardboard top or stick a post-it on glass containers.

4. Even if you don’t prep the entire casserole ahead of time, at least prep the ingredients.

Then, when you go to make the casserole and you’re short on time all the ingredients are ready.
