Target Group & Admission Requirements

The Executive MBA in Real Estate Finance is designed for professionals and executives seeking to advance their careers and acquire international expertise.

Admission requirements include a total of 240 ECTS and a minimum of two years of professional experience in a real estate-related field.

This can be achieved through the following pathways:

  • A minimum of a three-year undergraduate degree (180 ECTS) in fields like business administration, economics, law, urban planning, architecture, engineering, etc., from a university, university of applied sciences, or vocational academy. Additionally, at least 60 ECTS credits from postgraduate programs in real estate-related subjects, such as Real Estate Economics, Master of Science in Real Estate, or "CIS HypZert F".
  • Or
  • 240 ECTS from another academic programme. The academic advisors of the MBA program will determine admission eligibility.
  • In addition to academic qualifications, applicants should have relevant experience in the real estate industry and related sectors and possess good English language skills.

We recognise ECTS credit points obtained from other universities, whether within Germany or abroad. Certificate & Title
